Shipping policy:
All Control Products Company items are shipped insured to your continental U.S. business or residential address. Hawaii and Alaska customers, please contact Control Products Company for a shipping quote before purchasing. Control Products Company does not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or any international address. Most items are normally shipped within 5 business days of confirmed payment, unless otherwise specified. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by email. Control Products Company cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Return Policy:
Control Products Company will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase. Return freight charges must be prepaid.

Returns:Merchandise must be returned in original condition and original packaging. A full refund will be given, minus a 25% fee to cover original shipping costs. All refunds are applied to the same payment method used in the original purchase. If your merchandise was paid by check or money order, please allow 2 weeks for a refund check. All freight damage must be reported to Control Products Company within 24 hours. If damage is visible on delivery, please refuse shipment and contact us via email at gary@controlproducts.com.

Warranty Policy:If a Testo product purchased through controlproducts.com is defective, Control Products Company will assist in any manufacturer warranty claim process. Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void our warranty. Please contact Control Products Company at gary@controlproducts.com for any warranty concerns.
